Fitness Week 8 (Pre-Basic Training) 37 Days until Basic


Week 8: Weight = 189.6
Sun: a day of rest
Mon: Weight lifting (arms), Sit-ups 1 x 30 reps & a 2-mile run on treadmill 16:28
Tue: Push-ups 2 x 30 reps, Sit-ups 2 x 30 reps
Wed: Sit-ups 1 x 30 reps & 2-mile run on treadmill 15:55
Thurs: a day of rest
Fri: Push-ups 1 x 30
Sat: a day of rest

Notes: This week I have lightened up once again so I can do my Month 2 assessment.
