I have successfully done the 3
sets of 25 pushups with a 2 minute break in between sets. I will use
this as a starting point and since I have 13 full weeks before basic, I
plan to shave off 10 seconds each week from the break in between sets. I
also plan to do the push-ups and sit-ups at least 5 times a week. About
6 months ago I weighed 197 pounds. I started to eat better and work out
a little more. I got down to 185.8 pounds before the holidays and right
now I’m at 187 pounds. I will keep track of my weight as well during
the next 13 weeks and throughout basic.
